FF7 OC: Alicia Phoenix 3.5

This character has been ever changing with me and the franchise so far, going WAY back to my early teenage years where my interest in more complex story structures and character development sprouted.
I am now reaching my thirtees and so does Alicia.
With the current release of Final Fantasy 7 Remake (who you can BET I am playing) I grew to further love the entire compandium and been more and more reasured of my fond feelings towards it and my characters. Of course not knowing, but certainly understanding what Nomura may have in the books for the game and it's characters I will stay on my toes to make sure this character developes into a personaly satisfying "unknown journey". (people who already finished the remake get the hint)

And although the franchise is named Final Fantasy, I am 100% positive that this character will NEVER bee final what so ever.

ALIENCES:

Aria Phoenix --- The young woman who saved her after stranding on the shores of Junon without memories of anything that happened beforehand. She considers Aria her sister, not by blood, but by heart. Nothing could ever come between them, not even the fate of their planet. Although being younger than her, Alicia occasionally gets mistaken for being the older of the two. When Deepground captured Aria as a sacrifice for the summoning of Omega, Alicia wasted no time and set out to rescue her sister.

Roberto Felice --- A huge theatre and music enthusiast who discovered Alicia's singing talent during her times as a waitress. Later becoming her manager and trustworthy friend. If it hadn't been for him, Alicia would have never dared to try entering the showbiz.

Vincent Valentine ---  Their first encounter was not the most friendly, but Alicia's actions of ensuring the survival of Tseng and Elena left her relationship with Vincent at least in a state of ambiguity. Perhaps her resemblence to Lucretia was a benefitial factor which allowed her to futher keep contact with the vessel of Chaos.

Kadaj/Yazoo/Loz (deceased) --- The remnants of Sephiroth that called her to the Northern Crater to witness their "Reunion". After Kadaj declared her their "strange sister" she remained a mostly silent observer, neither supporting nor critically sabotaging their actions. Her growing feelings of affection coupled with the agony of loosing them so quickly again, further nurtured Sephiroth's influence over Alicia. Her personality shifted towards a more elusive and morally ambiguous attitude, while her physical capabilities vastly improved from Sephiroth's combat experience which she inherited.

Shelke Rui --- One of Deepground's elites who later joined Vincent's group of friends. The girl's unique ability to access the Worldwide network (previously created and owned by Shinra only) was later requested by Alicia to help her learn more about her past. However that attempt failed when she realized that a major part of the Deepground research files had been taken down. Instead Shelke decided to help Alicia extract the fragments of Sephiroth's mind out of her head. They both bonded over their mutual understanding of each other's hardships.

Sephiroth --- Formerly an invader of her mind, Alicia would eventually grew fond of him, perhaps developing compassionate feelings after images of his past haunted her every dream. The time they spent as one granted each of them vast knowledge over the other's personality and mindset. Although Sephiroth remains adamant about him regaining complete independance after their split, Alicia knows they still share a mental connection. Seeing him as part of her family does not stop her from fighting him if necessary, it instead serves as justification to do so.

ADVERSARIES:

Cloud Strife --- Although she can't bring herself to see him as an enemy, Cloud more than once showed his great distain for her plans and actions. That alone forces Alicia to repeatedly fight him (and Sephiroth).

Rufus Shinra --- Head of Shin-Ra Inc. (inactive) who grew a strong interest into Alicia after Tsung and Elena gave their report about her affiliation to the Remnants and Deepground. Although she is aware of his shadows following her, Alicia remains calm and elusive as to not alert him towards her true intentions.

Weiss the Immaculate --- The leader of Deepground's Tsviets. Alicia does not have much memory of him, although hearing his name alone filled her with a sense of dread. His body not being found after the battle of Midgar still troubles her mind to this day.

The Felice Theatre Group --- A group of ambitious actors and musicians who fight the great depression after the meteor fall by bringing back a piece of normality. They started with small shows for little money. After the founding of the WRO the group's endeavours had been recognized as a great service to the people and they now receive official funding and larger advertisements.

Jenova (suspected) --- Rufus and Cloud both share the idea that Alicia may be planing on a thrid Jenova Reunion, knowing about her connection with Sephiroth and assuming that she is completely under his control.

COMBAT BEHAVIOR:

Sword --- /Bunshin/ Her katana was forged in poluted mako from fragment's of Kadaj's Souba and named Isshin. Alicia's a nimble and nearly elegant fighter. A lot of her combat abilities have been directly copied from Sephiroth, but after their seperation she altered the handling of her blade to make it truly her own. (thus the name of her stance mode)

Gun --- /Bridge/ The gun carried by Alicia was made from scraps of Yazoo and Loz's Velvet Nightmare and modified to her needs through poluted mako*, later named Dreary Illusion. It is the only weapon capable of enabling the use of MAGIC-Materia in a fashion similar to Vincent's Cerberus (see Dirge of Cerberus). When no materia is equipped, the gun fires bullets the size of a .357 Magnum through a double barrel (see Nero's Blue Rose from Devil May Cry 4/5) from a magazine of 6 bullets leaving Alicia with only 3 shots per reload. Thus you will never see her mindlessly shooting at targets. Her gun is rather used to faster stagger enemies (by disrupting attacks) or to knock them out of the air (flying targets).

Magic --- Her use of magic materia is very limited as Dreary Illusion is her only weapon to have suitable slots to equip it. Her selected materia lists Bio3, Bolt3, Ice3, Fire3, Freeze, Flare, DeBarrier and DeSpell. Her lack in magic variaty is compensated with an extra short casting time.

Summons --- Alicia can not use Summons.

Abilities --- These can vary based on equipped materia for her bracelets. But preferably you see her use Counter and Double-Attack.

*Poluted mako is a form of mako energy that has been completely contaminated by Sephiroth's will it is often seen as a kind of black liquid in the movie Advent Children.
